Welcome to Meyer Custom Printing. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Meyer Custom Printing. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Meyer Custom Printing provides custom apparel, promotional products, spirit wear, fundraiser merchandise, and related printing services.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Because many of our products are custom-made, customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, and artwork approvals before submitting an order.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been approved by Meyer Custom Printing.

Orders may not begin production until payment has been received.

5. Production & Shipping

Production times vary depending on the product, order size, and current production schedule.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Meyer Custom Printing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel and printed products:

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error caused by Meyer Custom Printing.

  • Slight variations in color, garment placement, sizing, and print appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.

  • Digital mockups are intended for approval purposes and may vary slightly from the finished product.

7. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is determined to be the result of our error, we will work with you to replace or correct the item.

Because all products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Customer-approved spelling or design errors

  • Preference changes after production

  • Normal color or placement variations

8. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, or other content, you represent that you own or have permission to use those materials.

Meyer Custom Printing is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to decline any order that may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

9. Fundraiser Orders

For fundraiser stores, order deadlines, production schedules, and distribution methods will be communicated with each fundraiser.

Fundraiser proceeds are calculated according to the specific agreement made with the fundraiser organizer.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meyer Custom Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your information.
